So, this blog may not be very exciting to all, but at least I can share a few things going on with our family. I don't promise you literary excellence, drama or humor, just a sweet peek at our little world. I named the blog The Lovely Years after a song by Fisher that is very special to us.

a video for the fans
My sweetheart, who loves to high five and pound (herself, apparently)! Note added post-post: this video was taken with the laptop camera; she's watching herself.
YAY! Did we teach her the pound? I remember trying, but I don't know if that is how it stuck. I love that she can totally do everything Jamin asked, but, of course, chose not to.
