I apologize for my absence. I haven't been able to post photos for weeks but today I was able to, for whatever reason! To catch you up...
Jamin started a new job with CVS/Caremark this week. He is getting used to a full-time schedule again. I start back to work (part-time) next week. Other career news... Last week Lily told me she wants to be an astronaut when she grows up, but last night she decided to be a woodpecker or bumblebee instead.
We visited Leslie, Chris, and the kids a couple of weekends ago. We always have a nice, relaxing time with them. Leslie and I stayed up waaaay too late talking each night (like, 1:45am!)
We couldn't believe how much the kids have grown since October (and even December). Look what a lovely lady Lauren is turning into! She was so sweet with Anabelle, and will make an excellent babysitter.
Here is Jason (nudie, as Lily would say) posing with his "life saver." Jamin told him it is called a light saber and I think Jason was a little disappointed. Life saver makes a lot more sense, in a practical way.
We celebrated Jamin's birthday in February. Lily was more than happy to help him blow out his candle on his Carvel ice cream cake (his favorite).
Last weekend we met Uncle David in NYC. He was there on business, and we were thrilled to spend some time with him. Here we are in Sweetie Pie, a new kids' ice cream parlour we read about in Cookie magazine. It was the first time I got to visit one of the cool places they review!

Sunday brunch, before saying goodbye. It was SO GOOD to see him! We missed Amy--Lily kept asking after her. We felt proud that we survived three meals and shopping and a hotel in the city! It was a fun visit, though I can't imagine living there with more than two kids. You need man-on-man defense!
My sweet girls, loving on each other. Anabelle is a pretty tough broad--Lily can be a little rough sometimes! Can you see how much Anabelle loves Lily already?! Also note the matching pj's! I couldn't resist...
Another pic in Sweetie Pie. There is seating in a gold bird cage in the front window. Random--we saw actress Jessica Lange there. Earlier in the day, David met and chatted up Jimmy Fallon, who needed a bit of encouragement re: his new show.

a big super duper congrats to jamin for the new job!!! miss you guys.
Your girls are such beauties! Please let Lily know that the astronaut probably gets better benefits. Let's be practical here. But the bumble bee can all the free honey she wants...hummmm...tempting.
"Are you nudey, Heav-uh?"
That photo of your girls is my desktop at work. I make everyone who enters my office gasp over how cute they are. Like a good aunt, if I don't believe their sincerity, they get kicked out.
Yeah, that's how cute they are.
